STM plans solar-powered bus shelters

Société de transport de Montréal  plans to install bus shelters that use solar panels.  The panels will charge batteries that power a lighting system.  By selling advertising, the Canadian transit agency expects the shelters to pay for themselves in 10 years.   Link to full story in The Gazette.
