New York City upgrades parking meters for ferry passengers

The New York City Department of Transportation is replacing coin-operated parking meters at the Staten Island Ferry terminal with models that accept credit cards. “We’ve used it one time since they made the change, and it’s much more convenient for us,” one visitor told NY1.
