Before the end of July Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority commuters will be able to pay for parking via Internet, text message, or phone call. Thanks to a new partnership between the MBTA and Parkmobile USA, customers can enroll in the new program online or download a mobile application; registration is free. The service will initially include more than 23,000 parking spaces at MBTA-owned parking lots with existing cash honor boxes. Link to full story in Commonwealth Conversations.
