Tired of answering basic questions about social media, a Florida state employee developed a toolkit for her state colleagues. The social media guidelines provide information on setting up a Twitter account and a Facebook page, along with resources on Florida’s open records law. The toolkit was designed for Florida agencies, but much of the information is applicable to government organizations in other states. Link to full story in Government Technology.
