Workers from the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority are featured on the National Geographic Channel’s World’s Toughest Fixes tonight. The show features round-the-clock action, from workers replacing overhead wires to a bomb-sniffing robot checking out an unattended bag. “A common question I’ve gotten is why SEPTA,” host Sean Riley told the Philadelphia Daily News. “The answer is, there are a lot of other transit systems, but this is one of the largest and unique in that there are many modes of transportation under one umbrella . . .
