It’s been a year since the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (CA) made its route and schedule data public and, to date, 14 applications are using the information. In The Source, Fred Camino highlights his must-have apps: Transitly (“indispensable”), UniBus (which uses the iPhone’s GPS feature to find nearby stops) , and iTrans (“a steal” at 99 cents).
