A high-speed rail driver in Taiwan dozed off while traveling at nearly 200 miles per hour, according to the Apple Daily newspaper. A spokesman for the Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation said that the cabin crew used the train’s automatic systems to take control of the train for about 13 minutes and to guide it safely into Taichung station.
