Google redesigns transit map layer

Google has updated its Transit Layer, which displays public transportation networks on nearly 450 city maps worldwide, to improve the user experience. From the Lat Long Blog: “With this redesign, we’re changing the entire base map to put more focus on the transit lines, and lower the prominence of roads.”  Link to full story in Google Lat Long Blog.
