Where’s my ferry? Now Puget Sound commuters can find out

Think bus riders get all the cool apps?  Now Washington State Ferries commuters can find out where their vessel is. Vessel Watch displays the “near real-time” location of Puget Sound ferries on an interactive map. “Vessel Watch is a popular web feature for ferry users, much like WSDOT’s highway traffic maps are for drivers,” said spokeswoman Marta Coursey in an email to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. “Users can access near-real-time information about the location of each of WSF’s active vessels.” The site updates an earlier version.
