A better TTC, tweet by tweet

It was a simple question, phrased in the 140 characters of Twitter-speak: “If there was ONE thing – preferably practical/doable – you would change here at the TTC, what would it be?” Brad Ross, director of corporate communications for the Toronto Transit Commission (ON), posed the question to nearly 3,000 online followers.  The responses came quickly, ranging from the practical (next-bus announcements) to the fanciful (flying buses).  “We just want to start engaging with our customers a little bit more,” said Ross. “This is one small step I could take.” Link to full story in The Globe and Mail.
