A hydrogen hybrid bus is traveling from South Carolina to British Columbia to provide service during the 2010 Winter Olympics. A University of South Carolina mobile test laboratory, the bus will be leased to BC Transit for demonstration and evaluation with support from the Federal Transit Administration and the Canadian government. After the Olympics the bus will be incorporated into the USC transit fleet. Link to MidlandsBiz.com.
