Thirty-two state governors are using Twitter to communicate with their followers, and they have a lot to say. Most use the platform to update their schedules and make policy announcements, but there are exceptions. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the leader of the pack with 1.6 million followers, has been known to mix policy pronouncements with photographs of his breakfast cereal.
