Officials in Winona (MN) want to host a personal rapid transit test lab at Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical. “From our perspective, this is all about jobs,” said city manager Eric Sorensen. According to the Winona Daily News, the first phase of the project would create a one-mile guideway at Southeast Tech with about 20 pods.
