York to add voice response to paratransit

Rabbittransit, which operates in York (PA), plans to introduce an interactive voice response system for its paratransit customers. Registered users will receive an automated phone call with pick-up time information the day before their trip; currently customers have to call rabbittransit for that information. The IVR system is part of a larger system-wide investment in technology. Link to full story in Metro Magazine.
