Swiss object to Google Street View

Swiss officials filed a complaint against Google in an effort to require its Street View application to improve privacy safeguards. The New York Times reports that the Swiss data protection authority asked Google to blur the images of people, especially those photographed near sensitive facilities like hospitals, schools, and prisons.
