BART provides real-time Muni info for shared stations

Bay Area Rapid Transit now provides real-time arrival information on its website for Muni arrivals at shared stations in San Francisco (CA). The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency released real-time Muni arrival data to developers over the weekend, and BART is among the first to use the data feed. “BART and Muni are providing a model for how transit agencies can share real-time data with the public and each other,” said BART website manager Timothy Moore.  “I can’t wait to see the innovations that result.” Link to BART press release.
