Starting this week, bus riders on Stagecoach Merseyside (UK) will be able to use a MasterCard PayPass for their bus fare. The Tap & Go technology can be used for purchases under £10; area retailers are expected to join the program in in the next few months. The launch is a partnership with RBS WorldPay and is supported by credit-card processor Commidea. Link to full story in ITPro.com.
