Singapore residents now have a new smart card option. The NETS FlashPay card can be used for transit, parking, electronic road pricing, and small retail purchases. During the launch promotional period, cards will include a bonus of S$5 in transit value. Each card also comes with one year of complimentary insurance coverage valued at up to S$20 for lost cards and up to S$5,000 for permanent disability due to a public transit accident.
