Jay Walder, new chairman and CEO for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, wants to make New York City’s transit system easier to use. We have to make the process of paying your fares easier and simpler, and reducing the time it takes to board a bus is essential.” Link to full story in the New York Daily News.
