Brussels rolls out contactless cards

The Société des Transports Intercommunaux de Bruxelles is rolling out contactless smart cards for its 400,000 riders. The Brussels agency selected Gemalto to provide the MOBIB card, which is personalized with the user’s photograph and is valid for five years.
