Who benefits from personal rapid transit?

In Streetsblog San Francisco, Matthew Roth continues the debate about the SkyTran personal rapid transit project. Following up on a story that appeared earlier this week in the San Francisco Examiner, he writes: ”One of the issues the Examiner didn’t touch in its promo for SkyTran was feasibility.
