The list did leave out online storage services, which any planner could certainly use to make planning easier. Services like Office Live Workspace make important files available to a selected group or certain individual from any computer. Workspace also tracks changes made to files, meaning that a group collaborating on a file can be sure they are all working from the most recent file.
