Zipcar has expanded its partnership with the Chicago Transit Authority (IL). The car-sharing service added seven vehicles along the CTA’s Brown and Blue lines, making a total of 18 cars at 12 locations. “Chicago residents and businesses are looking for transportation alternatives to cut costs and reduce their environmental impact,” said Mark Norman, Zipcar’s President and COO. “The growth of our partnership with CTA will allow us to better serve existing members and make it easier and more convenient for Chicago residents to consider the benefits of car-free living in Chicago.” Link to full story on CNBC.
