Program lets drivers pay for parking with cell phone

Montgomery County (MD) is testing a program that lets drivers pay for parking meters with their cell phones.  Drivers call a number on the meter and indicate how long they want to park.  The meter does not display the time, but enforcement officers can enter a code to get the information.  Link to full story at WTOP.
