Forum Nokia announced the winners in its Calling All Innovators developers competition. Grand prize in the ECO-Challenge went to GreenDrive, an application to promote fuel efficiency by sensing road conditions and providing real-time driving directions. TigerMap received first prize with its city guide application that combines mass transit information with recommendations for dining, shopping, and lodging in more than 150 cities in China.
