According to Passenger Transport, the Central Florida Transportation Authority (LYNX) in Orlando developed a software application to facilitate agency data collection and reporting. The application will support National Transit Database reporting and allow online historical NTD comparisons with peer agencies. Besides bringing efficiencies to NTD reporting, LYNX anticipates that the system will allow the agency to more easily assess performance, recognize outstanding employees, and take corrective action when needed.
